AbstractObjective：Todevelopasocialintegrationscaleforcancerpatientsandtestitsreliabilityandvalidity，soastoprovidea measurementtoolforfaciliatingtheirsucesfulretuntosocietyandimplementingpreciseinterventionsMethds：Thepreliminary versionofthesaleasformulatedthroughliteraturereview，qualtativeinterviews，expertconsultationandcognitiveinterviews.A convenience sampleofcancerpatientsfromseven GradeAtertiary hospitals in Shanghai wassurveyed between October 2O24and January 2025.Thefrst roudof surveying 25Ocancerpatientswas usedfor exploratoryfactoranalysis（EFA）.The secondroundof surveying235cancerpatientsasusedforconfirmatoryfactoranalysis（CFA）.Itemanalysisandexploratoryfactoranalysiswereapplied foritemselecton，andthecale'selabiltyndvalidityweretested.Results：Tedevelopedsocialintegrationsaleforcancerpatits comprisesthiotitaioaci）iitao items. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.90% .The total scale's Cronbach'sα coefficient was O.944.The split-half reliabiltywasO.959.Thetest-retesreliabilitywasO.983.Theaveragecontentvalidityidex（S-CVI/Ave）wasO.96O.Resultsfromthe confirmatoryfactoranalysisindicatedthatthemainevaluationindiceswerewithinaceptableranges.Conclusions：Thedevelopment processofthesocialintegrationscaleforcancerpatientswassientificandrigrous.valuationandvalidatondemonstrategoodreliability and validityindicating itouldusedasaneffectivetoolforassssngthelevelofsocialintegrationamongcancertients.
