Application of intelligent robot rounds-based health education in the perioperative period of PCI patients

AbstractObjectie：Toexplorethealcationefectofiteligentrobotrounds-asedhaltheducationintheperioperativeperiodof patientsundergoingpercutaneouscoronaryintervention（PCI），andtoprovideabasisforoptimizingpost-PCIhealtheducatinodels. Methods：Atotalof83PCIpatientsadmitedtothecardiologydepartmentofatrtaryhospitaliHangzhoufromJanuarytoApril2025 wereselected.Theyweredividedintocontrolgroup37cases）andinterventiongroup（46cases）acordingtothetimeofadmisio.The controlgroupreceiedonventionalhealtheducation，hiletheinterventiongoupreceivedouds-basedhealtheducationdelierdyan intellgenobothaeine，altducationtictiodtiveneseparedetentetoup， alongwiththeinterventongroup'sfedbackontheuseofteintellgentrobot.Results：Thedischargeradinescoreofteintetion groupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup.Theirsatifactionwithgudanceonactivityandrestandthemethodofhealtheducation washigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup，buttheirsatsfactionwithpsychologicalguidancewaslowerandalldiferenceswere statistically significant .-0.05 ）.The cost of health education（21.6O per person-time）was lower than that of the control group（74.52 per person-time）Patients inteinterventiongroupighlyrecognizedtherobot'seaseofuseandeducatioalvalueandexpresedexpectations foritsfutureapplication.Conclusios：Inteligentobotroundsbasedhealtheducatiocaneffctivelyimprovethedischargeradinsand heatheducatiosatisfactionfCpatientsduringteproperativeperodemostratigsignificantfectsparticularlyinaeo activity and rest，along with lower health education costs.
