AbstractObjective：Toclarifythedefinitionandconotationof nurses’profesional growth.Methods：Thedatabasesof CNKI， Wanfang，VIP，ubMed，Webofience，AHL，roQuestandPsyNFOweresearchedandtheconceptanalysis methodoosed byWalkerandAvant wasusedtoanalyzetheconceptof nurses'professonalgrowth.Results：Thedefiningatributesof nurses profeionalgowthicudedprofessoalgowthmotivationrofessionalgrowthopprtunities，professionalleaingndpractice， profeionalientitdpesioaliproeteeentfcrsiedpalractestigaaltd socialsupportdostosedpaleelaaleladtinteodpoolgotf ultimatelyleadstothepromotionofursesthefomationofagodorganzatioalcultureandteprovisioofhigqualityursingfor patients.Concluss：Infutureesearchesearerscancombinthecoreatrbutesofprofessioalgowthofursestoevelopspecific assessment tolsfortheprofessioalgowthofursesndconstructitervetionprogams topromotetheprofessionalowthofnurses， thereby promoting the professional growth of nurses.
