Abstract： Driven by the national strategy to advancethe market-oriented allocation ofdata asaproduction factor，theassetization of archival data-as a critical category of information resources—has emerged as an essential pathway for unlocking archival value and promoting the transformation of archival undertakings. Taking Trusted Data Space （TDS） as the analytical lens， thisstudy responds to the core demandsofarchival data assetization by systematically analyzing the mechanisms through which TDS supports ownership clarification，securedata circulation， andmarket-oriented transactions.Based onthis analysis， the paper proposes a governance-technology-ecosystem pathway framework for archival data assetization within the TDS context： establishing a trust-enabled data ownership system grounded in the separation of three rights （ownership，usage，and revenue），building asecureand controllable data circulation infrastructure，and fosteringacollaborative，multi-stakeholder data trading ecosystem.This research aims to provide theoretical support for archival data asset management across governmental， corporate，and cultural sectors，and to offer strategic guidance for integrating archival data into thebroaderdata factormarket，therebycontributing to the high- quality development of archival services under the Digital China initiative.
