档案事业高质量发展中的文化建设维度：全域视角与路径选择

Abstract:To advance the transformationof archival undertakings from traditional management to modern governance and achieve their high-quality development, this study proposes a "holistic perspective" framework for archival culture construction. The framework aims to systematically address issues existing in current archival culture construction,such as a single subject,fragmented dimensions,and insufficienteffectiveness.Throughtheoreticalconstruction and path analysis,the study defines three core dimensions of the holistic perspective on archival culture (public culture，organizational culture,and professional culture)and explains their internal logicfroman academic perspective.Furthermore，specific implementation strategiesand engineering-oriented paths are put forward from three aspects:activating the functions of cultural carriers,remolding the professional community, and innovating the governance ecosystem.
