Abstract：To study the testing methodsand isse diagnosisof high-voltage systems innewenergy vehicles，this paper examines high-voltageelectrical safety from two levels：equipment-leveland vehicle-levelandanalyzes existing thehigh-voltageelectrical safetyregulations，standards，and thecurrnt technological statusof new energyvehicles. The studyalso investigates the high-voltage insulation condition of new energyvehicles and corresponding protective measures，including the principlesand testing methodsof high-voltage insulation systemsand monitoring systems. Finally，comprehensivesolutionforhigh-voltageelectrical safetyanalysis，protection，design，and testing hasbeen developed.This solution can perform exhaustive verification across various operating scenarios of new energy vehicles， enablingprecise identificationofsystem safetythresholdviolationsandvalidationofoperational safety，thereby simplifying the difficulty of issue diagnosis.
