浅论物业企业降本增效措施

【摘  要】疫情防控使物业企业生产经营受到较大冲击，物业企业要想可持续发展，需要意识到降本增效的重要性，以提质增效为主线，发动头脑风暴，探索行之有效的改革措施，以提高企业盈利能力，促进企业高质量发展。

【Abstract】The production and operations of property companies have been greatly impacted by epidemic prevention and control. If property companies want to achieve sustainable development， they must realize the importance of cost-saving and profit-increasing. Taking the cost-saving and profit-increasing as the main line， enterprises should launch brainstorming and explore effective reform measures， so as to improve the business interests and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
