经济新常态下企业财务危机预警策略探究

【摘  要】论文将详细介绍经济新常态下企业财务危机出现的原因，通过专业的研究与调查，以某企业内部的财务管理为例，找出优化企业财务危机预警的有效策略，如搭建适宜的预警模型、设置预警管理系统及延展融资渠道等，从而切实改进企业的经营与财务管理水平。

【Abstract】This paper will introduce the causes of enterprise financial crisis in detail under the new economic normal. Through professional research and investigation， taking the internal financial management of an enterprise as an example， it will find out effective strategies to optimize the early warning of enterprise financial crisis， such as building appropriate early warning model， setting early warning management system and extending financing channels， so as to effectively improve the management and financial management level of enterprises.

1 引言
