洛阳市新能源产业发展现状与对策研究

【摘  要】目前，洛阳市新能源产业已初步形成了以光伏为主，光热、风电装备、新能源汽车等全面发展的产业格局，具有一定的产业基础和优势，但其在新能源产业发展过程中仍存在部分瓶颈难以突破。对此，论文试图从政策、人才、资金等方面提出对策建议，以期为推动洛阳市新能源产业高质量发展增添助力。

【Abstract】 At present， the new energy industry of Luoyang has initially formed an industrial pattern with photovoltaic as the main industry and comprehensive development of light and heat， wind power equipment and new energy vehicles. It has certain industrial foundation and advantages， but there are still some difficult bottlenecks to break through in the development process of the new energy industry. In this regard， this paper tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policies， talents， funds and so on， so as to boost the high-quality development of the new energy industry in Luoyang.
