辩证思维在企业管理中的应用研究

【摘  要】当前，实事求是已经成为社会所普遍认同的一种基本的思维准则，是我国从个人、企业到国家社会发展所依靠的基本的思维模式。将辩证思维应用于企业管理工作之中，可以使企业得到更加有效的发展。基于此，论文从我国企业管理中辩证思维的发展、现存问题及其应用途径3个角度展开了论述。

【Abstract】At present， seeking truth from facts has become a basic thinking principle generally accepted by the society， and it is a basic thinking mode that China relies on for social development from individuals， enterprises to the country. Applying dialectical thinking to enterprise management can make enterprises develop more effectively. Based on this， this paper discusses the development of dialectical thinking in enterprise management， the existing problems and its application path.

1 引言

就目前而言，具体到企业层面，一些企业领导者将“实事求是”简单理解为“说实话”或者“做实事”，这种态度当然是好的，但是忽略了其中的辩证意味，使得企业在管理过程中仍然存在一些较为明显的问题，限制了企业的进一步发展。（剩余2820字）
