西藏县域中小学如何开展家校共育

摘要：为了保证教学质量稳步提升，除了加强学校教育之外，还要加强家庭教育水平，并在教育教学的基础上将二者进行有机结合。针对此，在开展教育的过程中，就要培养家长的教育能力，家校协同发展，共同构建完善教学模式，以提高家校共育水平。本文针对民族地区县域中小学开展家校共育提出可行性策略并进行分析。

How to educate primary and secondary schools in Tibet

【Absrtact】In order to ensure the steady improvement of teaching quality，in addition to strengthening school education，we should strengthen the level of family education，and combine the two organically on the basis of education and teaching.In view of this，in the process of carrying out education，it is necessary to cultivate parents' educational ability，develop together with home and school，and construct and perfect teaching mode together in order to improve the level of home and school education.This paper puts forward the feasible strategy and analysis for the development of home-school education in primary and secondary schools in minority areas.
