山茱萸化学成分研究进展

摘要 山茱萸是一种重要的传统中药材,具有降血糖、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎、神经保护、肝保护、肾保护、抗菌等多种生物活性。对山茱萸环烯醚萜类、鞣质类、黄酮类、三萜类、芳香酚酸类、多糖类等化学成分进行综述,为山茱萸质量评价及新品种选育提供参考依据。

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents of Cornus officinalis

Abstract Cornus officinalis is an important traditional Chinese medicine. It exhibits extensive pharmacological activities including hypoglycemic, antioxidant, antiaging, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, hepatoprotective, nephroprotective and antibacterial activities. This review summarizes the chemical constituents of Cornus officinalis, such as iridoids, tannins, flavonoids, triterpenes, aromatic phenolic acids, polysaccharides, and provides a basis for quality evaluation and breeding of new cultivars.
