基于区块链技术的食品类非遗溯源平台设计

摘 要:基于区块链技术构建食品类溯源系统,运用其去中心化和防篡改的特点,能较好地解决存在于传统溯源工作中食品来源不明确、假冒伪劣产品充斥市场等问题。本文依托桓台县花饽饽工坊,为企业搭建一个可靠溯源平台——一键溯源,旨在实现生产过程中全链监控,为消费者提供一个安全、可靠、透明的购买环境。

Design of Food Intangible Cultural Heritage Traceability Platform Based on Blockchain Technology

Abstract: Based on blockchain technology, the food traceability system is constructed, and its decentralization and tamper-proof characteristics are used to better solve the problems of unclear food sources and the flooding of counterfeit and shoddy products in the traditional traceability work. Relying on Huantai Huabobo Workshop, this paper builds a reliable traceability platform for enterprises - one-key traceability, aiming at realizing the whole-chain monitoring in the production process and providing consumers with a safe, reliable and transparent purchasing environment.
