AbstractObjective:ToinvestigatetheprotectiveefectofQjingHuixinFormulaontheheartbasedonnetworkpharmacologyandbasic study.Methods:ThepotentialactivecomponentsofQjingHuiinFomulaanditsorespondingtargetsiteswerescreenedouthough thedrugtargetpreditionwebsiteandbyreviewingtheliteratureUsingthediseasedatabase,therelatedtargetsitesofacutemyocardial infarction(AM)wereretrievedandtheintersectionofthetwotargetsiteswasainedTeinteractionnetworkdagramofdugactive componentsandtargetsites,theprotein-proteininteraction(PPl)networkdiagramweredraw.Thegeneontology(GO)functional enrichmentanalysis,Kyotoencyclopediaofgenesandgenomes(KEGG)pathwayenrichmentanalysiswereconductedandmolecular dockingwasusedforverification.ThetherapeuticefectandmechanismofQijingHuixinFormulaintreatingAMratswereverified. Results:QijingHuiinFormulafortreatingAMinvolved39drugtargets.heuercetinaempferol,digitoninfaoids, β -glucoside,and Tanshinone II A showed the greatest effect.Protein kinase B1(AKT1),glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK3β) ,vascular endothelial growth factorA(VEGFA)tumornecrosisfactorT),andinterleukin6(IL6)werethekeytargets.Themainenrichedpathwaysincludedthe phosphatidylinositol3-inase(PKroteininaseBKsigalingpathaysigalingpathayndapoptosisigainpathay Thecardiacfctioofatstelsofocasctaterogase)eatiniase), and inflammatory factors(TNF- α⋅α∝ ,IL-6),microvascular density,themRNA expressions of VEGFAandthemarkersof the Pl3K/AKT/catenin β1(CTNNB1) pathway in the myocardial infarction edge zone improved by treatment of Qijing Huixin Formula( P<0.05 .Conclusion:Qijing HuixinFormulacouldimprovemyocardialinjuryinAMIratsbyactivatingthePl3K/GSK3β/CTNNB1signalingpathwayinmyocardial tissue and promoting angiogenesis,thereby enhancing cardiac function.
