集团企业财务共享中心建设问题探讨

【摘  要】现阶段，国内外越来越多的集团企业着手于建设财务共享服务中心，但是据调查，目前财务共享中心的建设仍存在着较多问题。基于此，论文着重研究集团企业财务共享中心建设的问题，并提出相应的改善措施。

【Abstract】At present， more and more group enterprises at home and abroad start to build financial sharing service centers， but according to the survey， there are still many problems in the construction of financial sharing centers. Based on this， the paper focuses on the problems of construction of financial sharing center of group enterprises， and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
