论精细化管理在建筑工程施工管理中的应用

【摘  要】论文首先对精细化管理体系应用对施工管理的意义进行了分析，之后分析了目前施工管理存在的问题，最后通过管理机制、过程管理、环境管理、物料管理、安全管理5个方面对精细化管理如何在建筑施工中应用进行了详细的论述，希望为建筑相关企业的管理人员在施工管理过程中提供帮助及支持。

【Abstract】The paper firstly analyzes the significance of the application of fine management system to construction management， analyzes the problems existing in the construction management. Finally， the paper discusses how to apply fine management in construction from five aspects of management mechanism， process management， environment management， material management and safety management， hoping to provide help and support for the management personnel of construction-related enterprises in the process of construction management.
