提高烟草行业科技成果转化率的对策分析

【摘  要】论文阐述了科技成果及科技成果转化的概念，论述了科技成果转化的影响因素，重点从行业角度出发，结合南阳市科研实际分析了科技成果转化率低的原因，并就提高成果转化率提出了对策。

【Abstract】This paper expounds the concept of scientific and technological achievements and transformation of scientific and technological achievements， discusses the influencing factors of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements， analyzes the reasons for the low transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of industry and combined with the reality of scientific research in Nanyang City， and puts forward countermeasures to improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements.

1 引言

我国经济全面进入高质量发展阶段，创新则是引领高质量发展的第一动力，中国人民大学副校长刘元春说，唯有技术进步和创新能力，才能为高质量发展和经济发展提供持久动力，而创新的意义在于解决问题，提高效能，将科学技术应用于生产实践中，形成先进生产力。（剩余5493字）
