中小企业全面预算管理研究

【摘  要】全面预算管理是保证中小企业稳定发展的基础性手段，论文在阐述中小企业开展全面预算管理工作的必要性和可行性的基础上，对当前中小企业在全面预算管理方面存在的问题进行剖析，并提出相应的解决策略，以供参考。

【Abstract】Comprehensive budget management is a basic method to ensure the stable development of small and medium-sized enterprises. On the basis of expounding the necessity and feasibility of carrying out comprehensive budget management work in small and medium-sized enterprises， this paper analyzes the problems existing in comprehensive budget management of small and medium-sized enterprises， and puts forward corresponding solutions， for reference.
