身痛逐瘀汤对腰椎退变模型大鼠纤维环形态及凋亡的影响

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the efects of Shengtong Zhuyu Decoction on the morphology and apoptosis of the annulus fibrosus in rats with lumbar degeneration model.Methods：Lumbar degenerationrat modelwas established by puncture ofthe annulus fibrosus，and the rats were randomly divided into model group，herbal medicine group and sham operation group.The herbal medicine group was given Shengtong Zhuyu Decoction while the model group and sham operation group were given the same amount of normal saline，once aday，for continuous intervention for 4 weeks.Samples were collected after the intervention，and morphological diferences were observed by MASSON stai（20 ning ，and the apoptosis of the annulus fibrosus cels was detected by TUNEL method.Results：The annulus fibrosus of the shamoperation group was clear and uniform in thickness，theannulus fibrosus of the model group was disordered and the annulus fibrosus of the herbal medicine group hadarelativelyuniform thickness.The low expresionof TUNEL cells was occasionally observed in the shamoperation group and the expression of TUNEL positivecels in theannulus fibrosus of the model group was significantly increased compared with that of the sham operation group （ P<0.05 ）. Compared with that of the model group，the expresson of TUNEL positive cels in the herbal medicine group was significantly reduced （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shengtong Zhuyu Decoction can delay intervertebral disc degeneration， improve low back pain，and its mechanism maybe related to the inhibition of annulus fibrosuscel apoptosis.
