【Abstract】Objective：Toanalyze the selection of acupointsand medication patterns for treating functional constipa

tionbyacupoint plastertherapy.Methods：Clinicalresearch literatureonacupointplaster therapyforfunctional constipation was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure，Wanfang Data Knowledge ServicePlatform，VIPChinese Journal ServicePlatform，WebofScience，andPubmeddatabases fromtheestablishmentof thedatabase to November30，2024 were searched.Acupoint prescriptions and herb prescriptions were extracted，and frequency analysis was conducted using Excel 2O19.Asociation rules and complex network analysis were performed using IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0，and clusteranalysis was conducted using SPSS Statistics 28.O.Results：A total of187 articles were included，involving 32acupoints and110 herbs.The total frequencyof acupointuse was 467，and thetotal frequencyof herb use was 1024.The commonly used meridians were Ren meridian，Stomach meridian，and Bladder meridian.The commonly used herbal medicines were purgative，tonifying and weakening and regulatingqi herbs.The core acupoint prescription was Tianshu（ST25），Dachangshu（BL25），Shenque（CV8），Guanyuan（CV4），and Zusanli（ST36）.The core herb prescription was Rhubarb，Immature Bitter Orange，Mangnolia Oficinalis，Costus Root，Borneol and Mirabilite.Conclusion： The selectionof acupoints fortreating functional constipation byacupoint plaster therapy mainlyfocuses on local acupoints，folowing theprincipleof distantand proximate and front and back combination andthe medication mainly focuses on purgation， tonifying deficiency and removing excess， regulating qi and eliminating stagnation.
