【Abstract】Objective：To observe the therapeutic effct and mechanism of action of Guishen Pills combined with letrozole inthe treatmentof polycysticovarysyndrome（PCOS）infertilityof kidneydeficiency.Methods：71 patients with PCOS infertilityof kidneydeficiency were selectedand randomlydivided intoacontrol group（35cases）and a treatment group（36cases）.Thecontrol group was given oral letrozoleandthe treatment group was given oral Guishen Pillsin the baseline ofthecontrol group.The treatment was cariedout for3menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy and safety，TCM syndrome scores，endometrial thickness，ovulationrate，clinical pregnancyrate，，serumlevels of sex hormones such as luteinizing hormone （LH），estradiol （ E2 ），progesterone（P），and testosterone（T），and serum levels of anti-Mulerian hormone（AMH）and inhibin B（INHB）were compared between the two groups.Results ： The total clinical effctiverate and clinical pregnancyrateof the treatment group were higher than those of thecontrol group （ P<0.05 ）and there was no statistically significant difference in ovulation rate and adverse reaction rate （ P> （204号 0.05）.After the treatment，the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased and the endometrial thickness，serum E2 ，P levels of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group （ P<0.05 ），and the serum LH，T，

AMH，INHB levels were lower than those of the control group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：Guishen Pills combined with letrozolefor thetreatmentof PCOS infertilityof kidney deficiencycan improveovarian function，increase ovarianreserve level， promote pregnancy.
