Analysis of Predicted Target Genes for AIDS Complicated with Hyperlipidemia Treated by the Prescription for Regulating the Flow of Qi

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the therapeutic eficacy-related gene targets of the prescription for regulating theflowofqi bynational medical master Zhang Zhen for AIDS complicated withhyperlipidemia through high-throughput sequencing and to clarifyits efective mechanism.Methods: Clinical patients with AIDS complicated with hyperlipidemia werecollctedand treated with this prescription in the formofdecocted-freegranules for3months.Eight patients with efective lipid-lowering inAIDScomplicated with hyperlipidemia were selected.The expressionof microRNA(miRNA)in the patients’ blood beforeand after treatment wasdetectedby high-throughput sequencing.The differentially expressed genes were analyzed by GO and KEGG bioinformatics,and the possble pathways through which the prescription might exert its effects were predicted.Results:A total of 97diferentiallyexpressed genes related to the therapeutic efficacy of the prescription were identified ( P<0.05 ),including 56 up - regulated genes and 41 dow -regulated genes.The therapeutic mechanism of the prescription may be related to metabolic pathways,cancer pathways,calcium signaling pathways,axon guidance, PI3K -Akt signaling pathways,Ras signaling pathways,Rap1 signaling pathways,cytoskeleton regulation,cGMP-PKG signaling pathways andadhesion pathways. Conclusion: The key pathways of the prescription in treating AIDScomplicated with hyperlipidemia may be metabolic pathways and ncGMP-PKG pathways.The exploration of the target genes of the prescription canprovidea basis forTCM treatment of AIDS complicated with hyperlipidemia.
