【Abstract】Objective： To explore the core herb groups and synergistic mechanisms TCM compound prescriptions inthe treatment chroniccholecystitis through data mining technology，aiming to clarifythe multi-component synergisticregulatory network andthe herb material basis TCM intervention inthis disease.Methods：Bycoecting and organizing alarge amount data on TCM compound prescriptions on the icial platforms CNKI，Wanfang， VIP and other paper publication platforms，an excel data table was established to screen and process the prescriptions，and the data wasanalyzed throughthe Ancientand Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform Stware.Results： Through the analysis 197 cases TCMcompound prescriptions forthetreatment chroniccholecystitis，a total 158 single herbs were involved.Most them were slightlycold and biter，mainly belonging to the liver，spleen and stomach meridians，and their main functions were clearing heat and detoxifying，promoting diuresis and reducing jaundice.The top10 most frequently used herbs were bupleurum，licorice，paeonia，curcuma，lysimachia，scutellaria， rhubarb，artemisia，pineliaand aurantii.The association rulesshowed thatthe herbs were morefrequently combined with bupleurum-licorice，bupleurum- paeonia，bupleurum- scutellaria，curcuma-bupleurum，lysimachia-bupleurum，licorice-paeoniaand curcuma-lysimachia.The cluster analysis obtained four types herb combinations. The complex network analysis yielded 21core herbsand3 groups core herb network combinations.Conclusion：The

TCM compound herbs for treating chronic cholecystitisare mainly slightlycold and biter inpropertyand taste，and mostly belong tothe liverand spleen meridians.The main herbsusedare those thatclear heatand detoxify，soothe the liver and relieve depresson，promote bile secretionand reduce jaundice，and purgate and unblock the bowels.The combined herbs include those that promote diuresisand relieve dysuria，relieve urgency and pain，relieve exterior symptoms and reducefever，colthe bloodanddetoxify，etc.The commonlyused prescriptions in clinical treatment mainlyinclude modified versions SiniPowder，Da Chaihu Decoction，Chaihu Shugan Powder，and Xiaoyao Powder.
