【Abstract]To analyze the medication paterns of national medical master Zhang Lei's Dizhuo Method in the treatment of pulmonary diseases through data mining. Methods：By colating the Medical Library of TCM National Master Zhang Le，Complete Medical Works of Zhang Lei，Clinical Experience Colection of Zhang Lei，and medical cases of pulmonary diseases treatment with the Dizhuo method inthe outpatient medical records of Zhang Lei'sFamous Doctor Studio from January2O18 to October 2O23，adatabase was established.His medication patterns were analyzed by association rules，cluster analysis and factor analysis.Results：A total of2O1 prescriptions were ultimatelyincluded.The commonlyused basic prescription was Weijing Decoction.The top10 high -frequency herbs were Chinese wax gourd semen，coix seed，reed root，licorice，scutelaria，peach kernel，platycodon，lycium，white mulberrybark and poria. The four propertiesof the herbs were mainlycold，neutral，and slightlycold，andthe tastes were mainlysweet，bier， and pungent.The channel tropism were the lung，stomach and spleen meridians.The association rules finally obtained theeffective strong association rulescomposed of Chinese wax gourdsemen-coix seed，reed root-licorice，scutelaria - peach kernel.The cluster analysis yielded 7core clusters，and the factor analysis yielded 10 common factors.Conclusion： The commonly -used prescription by National Medical Master Zhang Lei is new-modified Wei Jing Decoction inthe treatmentof pulmonary diseases.The treatment focuses on clearing heat and eliminating phlegm，strengthening the spleen and promoting diuresis，and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
