从“湿、痰、瘀”论治糖尿病肾病

【Abstract】Diabetic nephropathy（DN） is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes and has become the main causeof death fordiabetic patients.Withthe annual increase in the incidence of diabetes，the incidence of DN also shows asynchronous growth trend，posing aserious threat to the life and healthof patients.Based on the theoryof "treating both symptoms and root causes"in traditional Chinese medicine，the core pathogenesis view of "deficiency ofthespleen and kidney as the rotcause and the interaction ofdampness，phlegmandblood stasis as the symptoms"is proposed，andthe dynamic evolution laws of dampness，phlegmandblood stasis in theoccurrence and development of DNare systematically expounded.It isproposed to "strengthen the spleen and kidneys to consolidate the root causes，eliminate dampness and reduce phlegm to treat the symptoms，and remove blood stasis and unblock the meridians to regulate the changes"，emphasizing staged diferentiation and intervention and providing new strategies and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of DN.
