基于数据挖掘分析傅汝林教授治疗化疗后骨髓抑制的用药组方规律

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the medication prescription paterns ofFu Rulin，one of National Famous Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners，in the treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy byusing the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform.Methods：The outpatient case prescriptions of patients with myelosuppression after chemotherapy by Professor Fu Rulin from September 2O20 to August 2024 were sorted out and colected and these prescriptions were standardly input into the platform for medication analysis byusing data statistical analysis，andthe clinical characteristics of Dr.Fu’s treatmentformyelosuppresion after chemotherapy were further explored.Results：Through the analysisof the 3O5 selected prescriptions，the folowing resultscould beobtained：（1）The frequencyof medication from high to low was，（1）Astragalus，Morinda，Ligustrum，Curculigo and Epimedium，etc.（2）High-frequency herb pairs include Astragalus-Morinda，Astragalus-Ligustrum，Astragalus -Curculigo，Astragalus-Epimedium，Astragalus-Angelica，etc.（3）The property and taste of the herbs were mostlywarm，neutral，sweetand bitter，andthey mostlybelong totheliverand kidney meridians.Conclusion：ProfessorFu Yulin's treatment of myelosuppresionafter chemotherapy mainly focuses on enriching essence and filing marrow，supplemented by tonifyingqiand nourishing blood，cooling bloodand promoting blood circulation.He flexibly diferentiatessyndromes and treatsboth the symptoms androotcauses，providinga theoretical basis for the treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy in traditional Chinese medicine.
