城市慢行交通发展问题和对策研究

摘 要：我国城市交通规划一直以来是以机动车通行效率为首要目标，因此慢行交通系统一直处于缓慢发展的状态，没能发挥应有的作用。文章结合当前交通系统和现实生活中遇到的情况等方面分析了慢行交通系统存在的一些问题，又针对这些问题提出了一些解决对策。

Abstract： China，s urban traffic planning has always taken the traffic efficiency of motor vehicles as the primary goal， so the non-motorized traffic system has been in a slow development state and has not played its due role. Based on the current traffic system and the situation encountered in real life， this paper analyzes some problems existing in the non-motorized traffic system， and puts forward some solutions to these problems.

随着人们对高品质生活的追求逐渐上升，人们对于机动车的依赖性也越来越大，城市交通压力日趋上涨，这大大降低了居民的生活满意度；而且在保护环境、节约能源成为热门的情况下，慢行交通开始引起人们的关注，慢行交通效率在城市交通规划中也成为重要的考量因素，这一理念的改变将引发城市出行方式的重大变革。（剩余5496字）
