等通道挤压和时效处理对1RK91不锈钢力学性能的影响

Abstract: Metallographic observation, X-ray diffractometer (XRD) phase analysis, tensile test and hardness measurement were carried out on lRK91 stainless steel specimens subjected to different passes of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) and aging treatment. The results showed that strain-induced martensitic transformation occurred in 1RK91 stainless steel during ECAP, which was closely related to the diffusion and migration of dislocations. After 5 passes of ECAP treatment,the yield strength of the specimens increased from the initial 373MPa to 478MPa , and the dislocation density increased from 4.10×1010cm-2 to 7.98×1010cm-2 . After aging treatment at 500∘C for 2h ,the peak Vickers hardness of the specimens increased to 395. When aged at 450°C for 30min followed by aging at 500∘C for 90min , the specimens exhibited a higher peak Vickers hardness of 429. The specimens treated with 5 passes of ECAP achieved the maximum self-corrosion potential of -0.324V and a self-corrosion current density of 0.445×10-6A/cm2 , indicating improved corrosion resistance.
