Abstract：Toexlorethecrdiatedrelatioshipetwnologicalprotetiondigualitydevelopentinerbasditisinte YellwRiverasinOrdosCityastakenasaexampletostudytespatiotemporalevolutioncharacteristcsandifluecingfactsfo logicalprotetdiuaitevelontfrotoreidatoseetedtouhoelatialsisdpal componentanalysis，andacomprehensiveevauationindexsystembasedonthePSRmodelwasconstructed.Thecombinedweightingethod ofEWM-AHP-DEMATELwasusedtodeterinetheweightsofindicators，theTPSISodelwasemployed tocalculatethecologicalprotectionindexandgualitydveloentidex，andteouplingcordiationdgeeasusedtomeasuretecouplingndcoodiatielatioshipbetwecoloicalprotectiondalitevelopnt.esultsowtattecoloicalprotectiondgaliteelo mentindicesgealleibitanupwardtred，utterowthatefteologicalprotectioideslowsdowduetoaaldiin ishingefectofolicis，hileteigqualitydevelopntidefuctuatesithooictrasfoatioowingtrendfistices ing，thendecreasig，ndubseqtlyireasigai.Teouplingoodinatioegespatialdistrbutioisinstdhig thecentraladstestedtetspiarbosiotesitdepoortioofoetlgoest ment are the main influencing factors.

黄河流域是我国北方重要的生态屏障，也是横跨我国东、中、西部的重要经济区和能源基地，随着社会经济的快速发展，黄河流域经济发展与本身生态环境之间的矛盾日益凸显[1]，因此黄河流域不同城市生态保护和高质量发展耦合协调水平研究具有重要意义。（剩余9782字）
