Abstract: This paper systematicallanalyzes the causes of the wind farm network stormandits impacton thelocalized PLC equipmentinviewofthetotalstationcommunicationinteruptionandabnormalunitshutdowneventscausedbythenetwork stormduringthelocalizationtransformationofthemaincontrolsystemofawindfarmwindturbine.Itisproposedtoupgade thefirmwareofthedomesticallyproducedPLC,includingmemoryexpansion,protocolstackoptimizationandstormdetection thresholdseting.ExperimentalverificationshowsthattheupgradedPLCcanefectivelyresistnetworkstormsistand-aloneand ring network tests, ensuring real-time task scheduling and stable program operation.
