Abstract:Inordertoimprove themanagementqualityofthenew energyvehiclepowerbaterymanagementchipandensure thenormaloperationofthenewenergyvehiclepowerbatery,thedesignmethodofthetemperaturesensorusedtodetectthe temperatureofthechipandbaterypackwasdiscused.Theanti-electromagneticinterferenceoperationalaplifier,incremental ∑△ADC,ECCmoduleandJTGAbusinthedigitalprocessingback-endcircuitaredesignedrespectively,andeachdesignis verifiedbysimulation.Itisfoundthatthetemperaturedetectionerorcanbeefectivelycontrolldbyusingthecircuit proportionaltotheabsolutetemperatureasteon-chiptemperatureacqusitioncircuit,andthetwo-digiterorcanbeffectively correctedbyusingthesecond-orderincremental∑△ADCandtheerorcorrectioncoding metodof Haimingcode.Theresults showthatthetemperaturesensordesignedinthispaperisfeasibletobeappliedinthepowerbaterymanagementchipof new energy vehicles.
