Key technologies of domain application system generation based on cognitive map

Abstract:Thecomplexityand specializationofbusinessknowledgecreateahigh thresholdforsoftwaredevelopment in the medical field.Although largelanguage models (LLMs)can generatecodefromprompts forsimplerequirements,theirsinglefunction nature andlack of domain characteristics makethem inadequate forcomplex medical businesses.Therefore,this paper proposed a cognitive map-based scheme for generating domain-specific application systems.The proposed solution took components as theminimum granularity,constructeda businesscognitivemapandafunctionalcomponentlibraryforthe medical domain,andrealizedtheon-demand generationof medicalbusiness applicationsystemsinthecloud.This work comprised twomainparts:firstly,itanalyzedhospital informationservicestoextractbusinessknowledgefromsystemdescriptiondocuments,thereby building a medical businesscognitive maptodefine systemrequirementsand generation methods.Secondly,it builtabridge between businessandcodeviatextsemanticnormalization technology,which enabledtheon-demandgeneration offunctionalcomponentcodeandsample medicalbusinessystems.Experimentalresultsshowthatthis method performs well in business phrase extraction and functional component recommendation, with an average coverage rate of 60% to 80% ,confirming the scheme's effectiveness and superiority.
