Multi-strategy improved snake optimization algorithm and its application

Abstract:Inorder toimprove theoptimization speedandconvergence accuracyof thesnakeoptimizer(SO),this paper proposedamulti-strategyimprovedsnakeoptimizer(MSSO).Firstly,intheinitializationstage,thispaperusedacosinetransform-basedchaotic systemtoinitializethepopulation toenhancethepopulationdiversityandgobalsearchcapability.Secondly,intheexplorationstageof thealgorith,itimplementedadual-modesearchstrategybasedongenderdiferencesacording totheforaging habitsof snake populations,which improvedthesolution accuracyandspeedof thealgorithm.Finall,inthe laterstageofalgorithmiteration,iintroducedachaoticquasi-reflectionlearningstrategytostrengthenhealgorith’sability toescapelocaloptima whilepreserving elite individuals.Theanalysisofcomplexity,convergence,andbalance haddemonstratedthe algorithm’sfeasibility.Numericalexperiments onbenchmark functions,CEC2O2Ocomplextestfunctions,andthe UAV3D path planning problem hadcomprehensivelyvalidate thatthe MSSOalgorithm posesessuperioroptimizationaccuracy,convergence speed,robustness,and practical application potential.
