【Abstract】Inorder to improve vibration isolation effectof NEV powertrain mounting system,this paper proposes design flowof passengervehiclepowertrainmountingsystem.Next,forthedesignobjectiveofapassengervhicle,adynamicmodelof powertrain mounting systemis establishedtoanalyze itsmodal frequencyand decouplingrate.Then,basedonthe mounting stifness,thethree-dimensionalnonlinearstiffesscurveof mounting isdesigned.Inherentfrequencyand strengthof the mountingbracketlstorderconstraint mode areobtained basedonthecalculationresultsofthe mounting system28 working conditions.The results indicate that this scheme meets requirement of design objective.
