【Abstract】To investigate the impact of different control strategies on the performance of vehicle CO 2 refrigeration systems,thisstudyconductedbenchtests toanalyzetheeffctsofsupplyairtemperaturerequirements,indorairvolume,nd ambient temperature on the cycle characteristics of aCO 2 refrigeration system with a heat recovery function under constant suplyair temperaturecontrol.Simultaneously,theoptimal discharge pressure fitingcorrelation basedonthedemand for supplyair temperature was established.Research results indicate thatamong theoperatingconditions studied,ambient temperaturehas themostsignificantinfluenceonoptimaldischarge pressure,folowedbyindoorairvolume,whiletheimpact of thesupplyairtmperatureisminimal.Inadition,theevaporatoroutletrefrigeranttemperatureispositivelycorelatedwith theEER,with anaverage increase ofapproximately 2.6%in EER for every 1∘C rise in outlet temperature..The correlation formulaforoptimaldischargepressure,derivedfromtherequirementsofsupplyairtemperature,demonstratesarelativelyhigh credibility,ofering new insights for the optimization of control strategies.
