Abstract：The 15th Five Year Plan period isa crucial period for China to achieve modernization by 2035，and itisalso a key socialist period for comprehensively promoting the construction of a great country and national rejuvenation through themodernization of the Chinese style archival industry. During the 14th Five Year Plan period， sig nificant progress has been made in the development of the archival industry，but at the same time，thereare still problemssuchasinsufficient adaptability of institutional implementation and resource guaranteeatthe grassroots level，low balanceandintegrationefficiencyofresourcestructure，prominent technical barriers and security risks in digital transformation，and structural shortageofarchivaltalentteam.Inthiscontext，thedevelopment ofthe archival industry duringthe15thFiveYearPlan periodneedstobebasedon theopportunitiesbroughtbynational strategic implementation， digitaltransformation， upgrading social needs，and deepening international cooperation. It is necessary to promote the high-quality development of the archival industry during the 15th Five Year Plan period from five aspects：targeting national strategies，innovating institutional mechanisms，strengtheningresource integration， deepeningdigitaltransformation，innovatingand consolidating basic guarantees.
