摘要：2022年11月底，美国OpenAI公司推出的ChatGPT被认为将定义全球人工智能发展新范式。该文梳理了ChatGPT及国内外通用人工智能技术生态发展的情况，讨论了ChatGPT对行业产生的影响，探讨了广东省发展通用人工智能所面临的问题，并给出了相应的建议。

Abstract： At the end of November 2022， the ChatGPT launched by OpenAI in the United States is believed to define a new paradigm for global artificial intelligence development. This article reviews the ecological development of ChatGPT and general artificial intelligence technology at home and abroad， discusses the impact of ChatGPT on the industry， explores the problems faced by Guangdong Province in developing general artificial intelligence， and provides corresponding suggestions.

2022年11月30日，美国OpenAI公司发布对话式通用型人工智能工具——生成型预训练变换（chat generative pre-trained transformer， ChatGPT），其超高的人机交互水平、强大的通用性及逻辑推理能力引发全球高度关注，行业认为以ChatGPT为代表的大模型将定义全球人工智能发展新范式[1]。（剩余9029字）
