广州市现代高端装备产业链发展现状与对策

摘要：介绍国际、广东省和广州市3个层面的现代高端装备产业链相关综合性政策和专项政策，从产业分布、产业特点、产业集聚等方面，分析广州市现代高端装备产业链发展现状和存在的问题，针对性地提出适用于广州市现代高端装备产业链发展的具体路径及强链补链延链稳链政策的建议。

The CurrentDevelopment Status and Countermeasures of the Modern High-end Equipment Industry Chain in Guangzhou City

Abstract： This paper introduces the comprehensive policies and special policies related to the modern high-end equipment industry chain at three levels： international， Guangdong Province， and Guangzhou City. Analyze the current development status and existing problems of the modern high-end equipment industry chain in Guangzhou City from the aspects of industry distribution， industry characteristics， and industry agglomeration. Propose specific paths and suggestions for strengthening， supplementing， extending， and stabilizing the modern high-end equipment industry chain in Guangzhou City.

0 引言

现代高端装备产业是为国民经济和国防建设提供各种高端技术装备的产业，涵盖了数控机床、智能装备（包括工业机器人、增材制造设备、智能成套装备、精密仪器仪表等细分领域）、船舶及海工装备、航空航天及卫星应用装备等产业领域，是衡量国家制造业发展水平和整体经济综合竞争实力的重要标志[1]。（剩余10517字）
