摘要：铁路专用移动通信技术是铁路重要应用技术，对促进铁路智能建设具有关键作用。文章通过分析铁路专用移动通信技术发展背景和现存问题，探讨了铁路专用移动通信技术应用经验和创新发展思路，希望可为铁路建设发展提供新方法。

Abstract： Railway dedicated mobile communication technology is an important application technology for railways and plays a crucial role in promoting intelligent construction of railways.
