空气过滤器硬纸框自动涂胶设备的机械系统设计

【摘要】    针对现在空气过滤器硬纸框在一些厂家还处于人工涂胶的现状，设计一套用于硬纸框自动涂胶设备，以提高涂胶效率和涂胶精度。通过了解客户对自动涂胶的要求，设计出一套硬纸框上表面进行自动涂胶的设备。自动涂胶设备主要由传送设备和涂胶设备组成。

Abstract： Aiming at the current situation that the hard paper frame of the air filter is still in manual gluing in some manufacturers， a set of automatic gluing equipment for the hard paper frame is designed to improve the efficiency and precision of gluing. By understanding the customer’s requirements for automatic gluing， we designed a set of equipment for automatic gluing on the upper surface of the cardboard frame. Automatic gluing equipment is mainly composed of conveying equipment and gluing equipment.
