关于新形势下事业单位人力资源管理的几点思考

【摘  要】事业单位是一种公共性服务的机构，对社会发展具有重要的作用。人力资源是事业单位中重要的资源之一，对事业单位工作的进行具有重要的实际意义。新形势下，人力资源管理岗位对单位的对外发展起辅助支持作用。论文分析新时代下事业单位人力资源管理存在的问题，根据问题提出相应的解决措施。

【Abstract】Public institution is a kind of public service organization， which plays an important role in social development. Human resource is one of the important resources in the public institution， which has important practical significance to the work of the public institution. Under the new situation， human resources management position plays an auxiliary role in supporting the external development of the unit. This paper analyzes the existing problems of human resources management in public institutions in the new era and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the problems.

1 引言

事业单位的用人选择决定其发展，而人力资源管理关系到事业单位员工的工作效率和单位自身的发展，帮助维护单位内部秩序，全面健全单位各项体系制度，帮助单位尽快在新形势下找到发展方向，不断进行自我革新，在制度改革的过程中，事业单位的人力资源管理存在的问题就逐渐放大。（剩余4913字）
