浅谈生产制造企业中采购风险的控制

【摘  要】生产制造企业的物资采购数量大、金额高，是产生企业风险的重要环节，必须建立高效、严密的供应链体系，并配套相应的风险管理。论文从实践出发，研究制造企业物资采购供应链权责的分配，以及关键风控管理体系的建立，并通过风险识别与监控，不断优化与完善企业的采购管理体系。

【Abstract】The large quantity and high amount of material procurement in manufacturing enterprises is an important link of enterprise risk， so an efficient and strict supply chain system must be established， and corresponding risk management should be supported. Starting from practice， this paper studies the distribution of rights and responsibilities in the supply chain of material procurement of manufacturing enterprises， and the establishment of key risk control and management system. Through risk identification and monitoring， the procurement management system of enterprises is continuously optimized and improved.
