油气田企业降本增效管理途径

【摘  要】论文首先论述了油气田企业降本增效管理的意义，解析油气田企业在降本增效中遇到的问题，然后以此为基础论述油气田企业降本增效的方法，进而极大程度地促使油气田企业降本增效管理效率的提升。

【Abstract】This paper firstly discusses the significance of cost reduction and efficiency increase management for oil and gas field enterprises， analyzes the problems encountered in the process of cost reduction and efficiency increase， and then discusses the methods of cost reduction and efficiency increase for oil and gas field enterprises on the basis of this， so as to improve the management efficiency of cost reduction and efficiency increase for oil and gas field enterprises to a great extent.

随着我国经济发展的速度越来越快，对各行业都提出了更高的要求，要求各行业能够通过自身的发展壁垒，认识到传统的管理和生产模式往往很难再适应企业发展的需要，油气田企业想要发展得好，创造更高的经济价值，需要不断的技术创新和高效管理，才能不断增强竞争力，在激烈的环境下更好发展，在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中获得领先地位，从而更好地适应现代化社会的发展步伐，为自身的长远发展奠定坚实的基础。（剩余5099字）
