X局信息化项目沟通问题分析与沟通策略研究

摘要：本文首先根据X局信息化项目的具体情况和特点，并结合沟通管理过程以及沟通管理原则等相关理论，提出项目实施过程中潜在的问题，然后讨论了本项目在沟通管理过程中所采用的沟通策略和方法。最后总结本项目所采取的沟通策略对项目实施的影响以及本项目沟通管理所取得的成效。

Abstract： According to the specific situation and characteristics of the project， as well as the principles of communication management process and communication management principles， this paper puts forward the potential problems in the implementation of the project， and then discusses the communication strategies and methods adopted in the communication management process of the project.  Finally， summarize the impact of communication strategy on the project and the effectiveness of project communication management.

X局信息化项目主要是协同办公系统的建设，该系统包括公文管理、行政审批、政府信息公开、信访管理、内部信息管理、信息报送管理、网站投稿、督查督办、会议管理、外事管理、车辆管理、档案管理等27个模块，系统分为数据层、支撑层和应用层，见图1。（剩余3883字）
