AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheincidenceelevatedfastingplasmaglucose（FPG）inpatientswithprehypertensionandits influencing factors.Methods：A total 345patients with prehypertension were divided into normal FPG group （<6.1mmol/L ）andelevated FPG group 1≥6.1mm∘1/L） .Multivariate Logistic regression was used to screen the influencing factors elevated FPG in patients with prehypertensionSpeamanrankcorelatonasusedtoanalethecorelaionbetwenFPGandinfluencingfactorsinpatientswith prehypertension.Results：Atotal281patientsinthenormalFPGgroupand64patientsintheelevatedFPGgroupwereincluded.The incidence elevated FPG in patients with high blood pressure was 18.6% .Multivariate Logistic regression and Spearman rank correlation showedthatdrinkingistoryycoslatedmogobin（HbA1c）loodureanitrogen（BUN），andhitebloodcel（WBC）wreiively correlatedwiththeelevatedFPG inpatientswithprehypertension P<0.05 .Drinkinghistory OR=3.340⋅ ） HbA1c（OR=10.172） BUN（OR= 2.906），andWBC（ OR=3.544 ）werethe influencing factors elevated FPG inpatientswithprehypertension P<0.05） .Conclusion： PatientswithpeypertesionspecialytederlyvewightndsepopleolditorHbAc，UndWiit alcoholconsumptionorproibition，soastoducethepotentilriskdabetesormetaboliccardiovasculardiseassinpatientswith prehypertension.
