AbstractObjective：Toanalyzethepotentiaationtargets，eypathwaysandmoleculardockingmechanismof Xiaju HuayuCapsulein thetreatmentofunstableanginapectorisafterpercutaneouscoronaryintervention（PCl）basedonthenetworkpharmacologymethod
Methods：Theefectivecomponentsof Xiaju Huayu Capsules wereretrievedfromthe Traditional Chinese Systems PharmacologyDatabaseandAnalysisPlatform（TCMSP）andHERBdatabase.Thetargetsoftheefectivecomponentsof traditional ChinesemedicinewerepredictedbytheSwissTargetPredictiondatabase，andtherelatedtargetsofunstableanginapectoriswere obtainedfrom the GeneCards database.APPInetworkdiagram wasconstructedfor thecommon targetsof Xiaju Huayu Capsulesand unstableanginapectoris，andgeneontology（GO）andKyotoEncyclopediaofGenesandGenomes（KEGG）pathwayenrichmentanalyses aswellasmoleculardockingweresimultaneouslyconductedResuts：Theresultsshowedthatatotalof45corecomponentsofXiaju HuayuCapsuleswereidentfied，ivolving752targetsand87intersectiongenes.TopologicalaalysisrevealedthattumorproteinP53 （TP53），signalrsduceadctivatoroftansrit3（3）roteiniaseBK）ndtyinenase（SC）igteoe targets.GOandKEGGenrichmentanalysisresultsindicatedthat Xiaju Huayu CapsuleinterventioninunstableanginapectorisafterPCl mainlyinvolved muitiple biological pathways，suchasreactiveoxygenspecies metabolismandoxidative stress response，as wellas signalingpathwaysincluingposphatidylinositol3-kinase（PKAKTadvancedglycationedproducts（AGEs）receptorforadanced glycationendpoductsGE）ndoxiduiblefacto-1F-1）CocusioThsuintialyevealedeehafju HuayuCapsulesforthetreatmentofunstableanginapectorisafterPClprovidingareferenceforclincalmedicationandthoretical support for subsequent animal experiments.
