AbstractObjective:ToinvestigatethemedicationpaternsoftradionalChinesemedicine(TCM)fortreatingobesityrelated hypertensionandtoexplorethepotentialmechanismsofctionunderlyingkeyherbpairs.Methods:LiteratureonTCMtreatmntfor obesity-relatedhypertensionwasretrievedfromCNKlWanFangDataVI,andCBM.Rlanguagewasusedformedicationpattem analysis.Networkpharmacologywasthenappliedtoidentifycoreherbpairsandtheirkeyactivecomponentsandtherapeutictargets. Subsequentlymoleculardockingwasconductedforvalidation.Results:Atotalof10CMsubstanceswereincudedintheatamining analysis.TepolarseinliatataorcsstroaelataCtruseticataelndractysacre herbspredominantleibitedamproperties,tastedsweet,ierrpungentndprimarlyctedonthespleenandliverdans. Theirfunctionsmainlyincudedtonifyingpromotingbloodcirculationtremovestasis,promotingduresisandresolvingdmpsand calmingtheliverandsuppresingwindNetworkpharmacologyanalysisidentfed33activecomponentsfromthecoreherbpirshich intersectedwith103obesity-relatedhypertensiontargets.Geneontology(GO)analysisandKyotoEncyclopediaofGenesandGenomes (KEGG)enrichmentanalysissuggestedthattheseactiveingredientsmightreatobesityrelatedhypertensionbymodulatingpathways suchasneuroactiveligandeceptrnteractionsulinesistanceandthersMoleculardockindicatedfavoablebdintente corecomponentsandkeytargets.Conclusion:TCMtherapyforobesity-relatedhypertensionprimarilyfocusesonstrengtheningthe spleentoresolvedampnessandplegm,calmingtheliverandextinguishingwindndpromotingbloodcirculationtoresolvestasis. Mutipleeffetiveactiveingredientsfromcoreherbpairsexertmultitargetedandmulti-pathwayefectsformanagingobesityelated hypertension.
