旋挖钻技术在特大桥桩基施工中的应用探讨

摘  要:旋挖钻技术因其成孔效率和质量高、适应性强等特点,已经广泛应用于工程施工建设。该文以某铁路特大桥为例,对旋挖钻机成孔技术的施工流程及关键技术进行应用探讨,并基于旋挖钻技术的特点分析桩基施工质量控制措施。旨在为类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract: Rotary drilling technology has been widely used in engineering construction because of its high hole forming efficiency, high quality and strong adaptability. Taking a railway bridge as an example, this paper discusses the construction process and key technology of rotary drilling rig hole forming technology, and analyzes the quality control measures of pile foundation construction based on the characteristics of rotary drilling technology. It is intended to provide a reference for similar engineering construction.
