高纯石英砂的制备工艺研究进展

Abstract:This paper reviewed the impurity occurrence states ofhigh-purityquartz sand(HPQS)and the development of its purification technologies.Itoutlined the technical status,merits,and limitationsof HPQS purificationprocesses including crushing-grinding,roasting-waterquenching,magneticseparation,flotation,acid leaching,chlorinationroasting,and combined processes.The analysis demonstrates that system optimization and enhanced process compatibilityare keys to overcoming technicalbotlenecks inhigh-end HPQS preparationtechnology.Basedonthis,the prospectsforitsdevelopment are discussed,and it is pointedout that in-depth researchon HPQS purification can becarried outin the following aspects: 1)developing greenand eficient processesystems,focusingonresearchanddevelopmentof fluoride-fre/low-fluorideacid leaching,bioleaching,andadvancedflotationreagents toachieve grenseparationand eficient,low-energycomsumption purification;2)intensifyingunit operations toachieve higherimpurity liberationandremoval rates;3)promoting the optimizationandapplication of combined processs,and constructing customized integrated process systems tailored tothe characteristics of different raw materials.

高纯石英砂(high-purity quartz sand,HPQS)是以脉石英、花岗伟晶岩等为原料制备的,具有高硬度和稳定的化学性质,以及耐高温、耐磨、耐腐蚀等特点,是半导体、新能源、航空航天等战略性新兴产业的关键支撑材料,也是国民经济发展的重要原材料[1]。(剩余21871字)
