Abstract:To adress the problem that the demodulation performance of a spread spectrum communication system was constrained by the despreading and tracking of spread spectrumcodes,a spread spectrum code tracking error suppresion scheme basedon theco-optimizationof single/multi-sample despreading strategiesand therolloffactor was designed.By constructing a spread spectrumcode tracking error modeland combining withthesingle/multi-sample despreadingstrategyand rolloff factor co-optimization method,specificapproachesfor theoptimized designof the spread spectrum system were proposed.A simulation platform was built to verify the efectivenessof the scheme.The results show that spread spectrum codetracking erroris positivelycorrelated with despreading SNRloss,the larger therolloffactorandtheerror,the more significanttheloss;Underscenarios with smallspread spectrun tracking errors,singlesample despreading outperforms multisampledespreading intermsofpureperformance,anti-wideband/narrowband interferencecapability,and eroradaptability. Singlesampledespreadingcombined with reasonabletracking parameter design (such as 8-times coderate sampling orresampling) effectivelyimproves thedirectsequence spread spectrum(DSSS)demodulationperformance,canprovidetheoreticalsupportandnew ideas for the engineering implementation of optimized design in spread spectrum communication systems.
